It fosters a community-minded movement of giving by connecting local members with participating businesses that care. Local non-profits benefit from business-defined and funded contributions when the consumers make a purchase with their existing linked debit or credit cards from any United States financial institutions.

  • Does it cost anything to join?

    No! Network of Giving is always provided to members at no cost, and does not require new cards.

  • Do I still receive my points and cash back?

    Yes! Network of Giving does not impact your existing debit / credit cards, rewards, and loyalty programs.

  • Why do I need to link my debit and credit cards?

    Businesses in the Network of Giving contribute a percentage of your purchases to local non-profits. By linking your credit and debit cards safely and securely with Plaid, the Network of Giving can confirm when you shop at participating Network of Giving businesses and identify the appropriate contribution amount for the non-profits.

  • How do I link my debit and credit cards?

    Linking your cards is done safely and securely through Plaid with your online banking portal while signing up for Network of Giving.

    Network of Giving utilizes Plaid, a service trusted by 100+ million consumers to connect to over 12,000 financial institutions.

    With Plaid, Network of Giving has no access to your bank login details.

  • Can I link my cards from multiple financial institutions?

    Yes! You can link as many credit and debit cards to Network of Giving as you like. Just go to the Link Cards section of the Network of Giving app.

  • What is Plaid

    Plaid is a financial services provider and trusted intermediary between the Network of Giving and its members. Plaid enables you to securely link your cards to the Network of Giving.

    With Plaid, Network of Giving has no access to your bank card details.

  • How does Plaid work?

    When linking your cards with Plaid, you’ll be asked to choose your financial institution and enter your username and password for your financial institution and link your cards.

    Plaid enables you to securely link your cards to the Network of Giving.

  • Is Plaid safe and secure?

    Plaid uses the highest levels of security possible to keep your information safe.

    Plaid will never share your login and password info with the linked financial application.

    Plaid securely manages your transaction information for Network of Giving.

    Plaid is certified in internationally-recognized security standards, like ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and is SSAE18 SOC 2 compliant.

  • What if I cannot remember my online banking username and password?

    Please contact your financial institution, they can assist you in resetting your card credentials.

  • How do I update my email address?

    You can update your email address by going to the Account section of the Network of Giving app and selecting “Change Email”. You will be able to enter your new email address.

  • How do I update my password?

    You can update your password by going to the Account section of the Network of Giving app and selecting “Change Password”. You will be able to enter and confirm your new password.

  • Is there a Network of Giving app?

    Yes! Network of Giving apps are available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under “Network of Giving”.

  • How do I unsubscribe from emails?

    You can click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any Network of Giving email you receive.

    Alternatively, you may unsubscribe by going to the Account section of the Network of Giving app and un-checking the box next to “I agree to receive email messages”.
